JOB DESCRIPTION
- Pre-checking brand representative orders for Sales Manager approval, and forwarding approved orders to supplier for action.
- Sense checking’ orders against the week’s cover requirement, current stockholding, sales / orders history and display / stock room capacities.
- Verifying sure the pricing matches the approved list and comparing the goods to the invoice data.
- Pointing up inconsistencies to the sales manager and working with the supplier to find a solution.
- Distributing inventory to retail locations and keeping extra in the stock room for continuous restocking.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good level of English.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Computer literacy.
