JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and keep office calendars up to date.
  • Effectively manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Help with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Make sure the reception area is tidy, well-kept, and orderly.
  • To ensure efficient office operations, coordinate with various departments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
