Operations Coordinator Job In Tiffany & Co Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure all repairs and service (engraving, etching, embossing) orders are entered, monitored and completed.
  • To encourage the growth of client relationships, provide the best possible follow-up.
  • Meet and confer with walk-in and appointment clients.
  • Make sure you answer all client inquiries by phone, mail, and email.
  • Complete any order requests from clients, including shipping and transaction processing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury retail or client-focused environment.
  • Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written. Must be bilingual, Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, late nights and holidays
