JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recruitment & Selection:
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates effectively.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Onboarding & Employee Relations:
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Address employee concerns with professionalism and ensure positive employee engagement.
  • Maintain strong communication with employees and management to foster a healthy work environment.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:Keep up-to-date contracts, employment records, and other HR-related paperwork.
    Help ensure that company rules and labor laws are followed.
    Respond to questions from staff members about HR-related issues, including benefits, payroll inquiries, and leaves.Support for Performance and Training: Help with the planning of training and development initiatives.
    Monitor staff development and assist with performance management procedures.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multi-company setup.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and communicate confidently with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
