JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deliver efficient, courteous, and prompt service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from the moment guests arrive until their departure.
  • Personally greet guests by name if known, escorting them to their rooms to create a sense of anticipation and welcome.
  • Assist guests with any questions or requests pertaining to hotel activities while conducting in-room and hotel familiarization.
  • To effectively answer questions from guests, stay up to date on hotel information and area services, such as operating hours, specials, events, activities, and other pertinent details.
  • To make informed decisions, stay informed about daily rate and occupancy levels.
  • Use computerized front office solutions to ensure accurate handling of all incidental charges while adhering to front desk cashiering guidelines.
  • From check-in to check-out, handle accounts with ease, making sure that any incidental costs are posted accurately.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Safeguard guest privacy by refraining from disclosing any guest details.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards, possessing comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and current events.
  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
