- BMS Operator/Technician
Job Requirements For MEP Engineer
- Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE’s Facilities Management sector, with demonstrated expertise in MEP operations and services.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients.
- Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities management sector.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
Job Requirements For BMS Operator/Technician
- ITI certification or diploma in a relevant trade.
- Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the GCC Facilities Management sector.
- Excellent technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in English/Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining on a visit visa or canceled visa, ready to start within 5 to 7 days.
