JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work together with internal teams to guarantee that consumer needs are swiftly satisfied.
  • Give precise details about services, delivery dates, and shipment tracking.
  • Keep track of all communications and transactions with customers. 
  • Follow up with clients to get their opinions and make sure they’re satisfied.
  • Create customer service metrics reports and provide recommendations for enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
