JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempt to resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult customer queries to Managers.
• Adhere to brand standards at all times and keeping up to date with Five Guys University courses.
• Recognize the restaurant’s objectives and make a concerted attempt to meet them.
• Restock workstations, maintain toilet and terrace spaces, and perform any other daily cleaning duties as delegated by the line manager in order to keep the kitchen and operational areas spotless and comfortable for customers.
• Adhere adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations and standards, as well as the fundamentals of attire, grooming, and timeliness.
• Maintain appropriate control over corporate assets and make precise use of the cash register.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a service crew or on a similar role, excellent customer service.
