JOB DESCRIPTION
- Target transactional business opportunities within the market, for multiple products which are linked to our local UAE strategy.
- Have a passion and customer portfolio to have diverse selling capabilities, through all products like sea/air/freight or contract logistics.
- Ensure customer communication is pro-active and of the highest standard possible.
- Assist in the development of new business, with existing customers that could be allocated to you for further development.
- Ensure that all customer data is entered into the reporting system.
- Be the leader and driver for all RFQs that you are handling.
- Constantly be in touch with gained customers to ensure joint support from Hellmann is provided from a sales aspect and all involved departments are working collaboratively towards customer’s interests and improving our service deliverables to customers.
- Act as a key account manager for particular accounts by identifying new sales opportunities within existing account(s).
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders in other departments working on the same account.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, within the logistics industry ; Experience handling air freight or road freight or contract logistics is preferred
- A valid UAE’s driving license is required
