JOB DESCRIPTION
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours. Urge visitors or callers to make a purchase or arrange for tours or sales of preview packages. Potential owners should be informed of the specifics and prerequisites for attending a sales presentation. Before booking a tour of a Marriott vacation club property, be sure that people are eligible for preview package sales and tours. Choose and present complimentary items to visitors as tokens of appreciation for their business (e.g., performance tickets, rewards points). Assist Sales & Marketing by performing general office tasks like typing, faxing, emailing, and filing. Accurately, fully, and legibly receive, record, and transmit communications.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
