JOB DESCRIPTION
-Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows installation and troubleshooting.
-Network Management: Handling Unifi Ubiquiti firewall, cable crimping, and network troubleshooting.
-Software Support: Odoo, 3CX system, Microsoft Office, and Outlook configuration.
-CCTV Management: Installation and troubleshooting of HIK Vision systems.
-Email Administration: Managing accounts and email lists through cPanel.
-Reporting & Ticketing: Incident handling using Tally, Trello, Make, and Zapier.
REQUIREMENTS
-Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of network management and troubleshooting.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
