JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage, organize, and maintain all company documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly filed.
  • Control the flow of incoming and outgoing documents and ensure they are accurately recorded and archived.
  • Establish and keep up a productive method for managing both digital and physical documents.
  • Make certain that all paperwork is promptly distributed and appropriately signed.
  • To guarantee accuracy and consistency, coordinate document control efforts across departments.
  • Help with the creation and filing of reports, compliance checks, and audit documentation.
  • Assure adherence to organizational, legal, and regulatory guidelines for the handling and preservation of documents.
  • Train employees on document management methods and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a document control or administrative role, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across departments.
