JOB DESCRIPTION
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of all incoming goods.
- Ensure all deliveries are received at the designated receiving area.
- Stamp invoices and packing slips with the appropriate receiving stamp.
- Document and account for rejected goods by issuing Goods Return Notes.
- Deliver goods to specified locations as per Purchase Orders.
- Post all received goods daily in the FMC system.
- Maintain an up-to-date file of approved Purchase Orders.
- Ensure the receiving area is clean and accessible.
- Adhere to HACCP standards and maintain hygiene protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Knowledge of Materials Control and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
