Business Assistant Job In J.P. Morgan Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars and manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
  • Plan everything for external events and off-site conferences, including transportation and catering.
  • Handle T&E expense claims and bills. Make sure that all policies are adhered to and that goods are processed in accordance with the guidelines. Serve as an authority on policies and processes.
  • Create excellent emails and messages for people at all organizational levels. 
  • Collaborate with the team of administrative assistants in a constructive collaboration to ensure seamless assistance for one another.
  • As needed, oversee and direct ad hoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent English skills – reading, writing and speaking
  • Must have Banking or MNC experience
  • Advanced ability to organize
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
  • Be willing to embrace the Executive Assistant role and go the extra mile
