JOB DESCRIPTION
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems. Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements. To integrate and operate equipment, input commands and turn on controls on computers and peripheral devices. Diagnose, fix, update, maintain, and support user accounts and applications. Keep track of all daily data transmission transactions, issues and the solutions implemented, and installation-related activities. Teach or guide users on how to utilize software or hardware correctly. Oversee and plan telecommunications activities, including client/server support, strategic and tactical planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation. Discuss administrative policies and processes, technological issues, priorities, and telecommunications-related techniques with others.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
