JOB DESCRIPTION
- To be responsible for taking decision on project work being carried out inside the hospital premises.
- Responsible for upgrading and modernization of utility equipment in various areas
- Dealing with government organization and other establishments in relation with maintenance department
- Responsible for planning, costing and execution of various projects inside the hospital premises.
- Taking policy decision in co-ordination with the management.
- To be responsible to look after the welfare of the staff in the department.
- arranging contractors for particular tasks with the system-in-charge’s assistance.
- long-term planning before making changes or renovations.
- In charge of creating and projecting the maintenance activity budget.
- In order to support quality efforts
- to teach employees how to use and upgrade new technology in an efficient manner.
- In charge of supporting the manager in every aspect of the operations
- establishing the engineering department and team.
- Keep an inventory of all the equipment and assign a code to each one appropriately.
- During the morning shift, support equipment must be physically inspected, and the checklist has to be updated and recorded.

REQUIREMENTS
- B.E / Graduate Engineer
- 5 to 10 years experience in the relevant field.
- With management skills, interpersonal skills, time management, knowledge of equipment and maintenance, analytical skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
