JOB DESCRIPTION

• Pre and post contract commercial support (POMI and FIDIC).
• Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs.
• Interim valuations and payment certificates.
• supporting the analysis, management, and suggestions of variations.
• supporting the duties of cost control, value management, and risk management.
• helping with projects involving cost analysis. 
• helping to recognize, evaluate, and provide solutions for business risks.
• helping to prepare expense and progress reports.
• reporting on all business matters to the managing quantity surveyor.
• being aware of the effects of safety and health laws.
• participation in and representation at business meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Measurement and quantification of facility and infrastructure or residential works.
• Must have previous experience of FIDIC Contracts.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized University.
• Minimum 3 to 7 years post-contract relevant capacity in contracts and commercial management.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
