JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • assistance with benefits administration, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Organize performance reviews and training initiatives.
  • Help with the drafting of reports, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Verify adherence to business policies and labor rules in the United Arab Emirates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in Dubai.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
